Physiotherapy
1) What can the Elijah Center's Physiotherapy sessions offer to your child?
Physiotherapy can help achieve physical developmental milestones.
In order for a child to develop gross motor and fine motor skills, first they need strength, balance and co-ordination.
At the Elijah Centre we are mixing physiotherapy with sensorial education, respecting the PROSCIG© methodology.

2) Physiotherapy Assessment
During a 30-40 minutes assessment we are observing your child`s posture and muscle tone in different positions: standing, sitting and lying (prone and supine). According to your child`s age we assess physical developmental milestones, balance, co-ordination and fine motor development (including handwriting). Based on the results of the assessment we are planning long term goals we will work for, using short term goals.
