PAYMENT POLICY
Consultation Fees:
Procedures:
Invoices are produced monthly at the beginning of every month.
Fees are payable monthly and must be paid in full by the following month.
All fees must be paid 14 days of receiving the invoice.
If fees are unpaid after 14 days, a gentle reminder will be sent to the parent/carer.
Fees are payable for all sessions booked, even if some are missed due to illness, holiday or other reason, if a session is missed a compensation session will be organised by the Elijah team.
Due to personal circumstances, a parent is having any difficulty in paying the fees, the parent is urged to speak to the admin team in confidence (pa@elijahsocialskills.co.uk), and the aim is to come to a mutually satisfactory arrangement for the fees to be paid in instalments.
If your child is ill or there is a last minute cancellation, you will still be charged for the session, and an alternative session can be made to compensate.
A 4 weeks’ notice must be given in writing for the permanent cancellation of a session or removal of a child from the Elijah Centre. Failure to provide such notification will incur payment of a full months fee.
The responsibilities of parents are:
· to read and fully understand this policy.
· to pay the bills promptly and in full by any of the methods described on the invoice.
· to speak to admin (pa@elijahsocialskills.co.uk) in confidence about any issues around being unable to pay the full amount in one lump sum.
· to reach agreement on how and when fees shall be paid and ensure that this is still in advance of when the child attends the setting.
- Consultation fee must be paid before the initial consultation date.
