Dr Debora Elijah is an HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registered Cognitive Neuropsychologist and Educational Consultant based in North West London. Her areas of specialism are Autism Spectrum Disorders, Aspergers, ADHD/ADD, and Social Communication Skills for a wide range of age groups: from 20 months up until young adults. She is renowned for her holistic approach: everyone is treated as an individual and receives a tailored programme to meet his or her needs.
Debora offers both one-to-one therapy as well as Early Intervention Groups at her centre in North West London three mornings and three afternoons per week. The Early Intervention groups, designed around the needs of younger children (between 2 and 6 years old) with social and communication difficulties, include a range of holistic treatments such as speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy as well as social play.
Debora also runs social and communication groups for older children at various times throughout the week.
Debora believes that every child can contribute and be an active member within the family, at school and in the community. Where young people experience a disconnection or social and communication difficulties, it is our job to make a connection with them and make them whole: to empower every child to achieve their true potential and lead a happier and more fulfilled life.
