Children who require individual learning plans often benefit from a home-schooling programme

Many parents see the value in giving their children an education that is tailored to their individual needs. This may be for a variety of reasons including situations where the child is unable to attend a regular school or where the parents believe that it is in the best interests of the child to experience a bespoke learning programme.

As a leading educational psychologist, Dr Elijah works with parents and other professionals to create a learning plan that focuses on the needs of the child and that teaches at their pace and within their level of ability. The plan can include complimentary therapies such as Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language therapy, and may even include extra curricular activities such as art or music. For early years learning, the plan can incorporate sessions at the Elijah Early Intervention Centre in North West London.

The focus is entirely on the needs of each child; and when the time is right, Dr Elijah can help facilitate re-entry into the school system or provide guidance on suitable alternatives.
